The deadline for submission varies depending on the registration date with Reprobel. Companies must submit their declaration before April 15 or May 15, 2023.
Any company that copies or digitally shares, scans, prints, or photocopies copyrighted texts and images is subject to this royalty.
The rates depend on the chosen formula. If you opt for the “limited reprography” declaration, you will not have digital coverage and will be required to pay a royalty per page.
Companies must submit their declaration online and also pay the invoice online.
